What You'll Be Doing: Warmly greeting patients and visitors Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings Handling Medicare and private billing transactions Maintaining and updating patient records while ensuring confidentiality Providing admin support to doctors and clinical staff Managing correspondence and general reception duties Performing scanning, filing, and data entry tasks What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer literacy and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment A professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous exposure to medical software (e.g., Best Practice) is a bonus, but not essential Driver's licence and own vehicle Why Join Us?
