Key Responsibilities Provide clinical nursing services including wound care, immunisations, ear syringing, and health assessments. Support chronic disease management programs for conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, and cardiovascular disease. Perform procedures under nurse-led clinics, including dressings, point-of-care testing, and ECGs. Administer vaccinations in accordance with National Immunisation Program guidelines and practice protocols. Prepare patients for GP consultations, take accurate histories, and document clinical findings in electronic medical records. Deliver health education, lifestyle counselling, and support for preventative care initiatives. Maintain strict infection control, occupational health, and safety standards within the practice. Essential Qualifications and Skills Current Australian registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA General registration required).
