Current Model: Community-based (homes, schools, and early childhood centres). The Future: You will help us lay the foundations for our upcoming Hervey Bay clinic. The Vibe: Real-world impact, high autonomy, and a "safe-to-learn" culture. What You’ll Be Doing: Diverse Caseload: Work with children (0–13) with varied needs (ADHD, ASD, GDD, CP, and more). You’ll have a say in your age range and interest areas. Kindy Uplift Initiative: Partner with early learning services to run playful emotional regulation groups and educator coaching. Neuro-Affirming Care: Deliver FUN, strengths-based therapy and facilitate group programs. Collaborative Practice: Work alongside families, educators, and our team of AHAs and "Client Care Legends."
