Position: Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $76,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Emerald QLD 4720 Our client is seeking an Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic to join their team located in Emerald, Queensland. Key Duties and Responsibilities: ·Assemble and install refrigeration components ·Follow plans and blueprints for all aspects of installation process ·Mount and connect systems components according to specifications and using required tools such as drills ·Repair and install new individual parts to ensure the efficient operation of existing refrigeration ·Ensure sizes and dimensions of systems and components correctly fit the intended area before and after installation ·Start-up and operate existing or new systems to ensure all components are in working order as intended and no repairs are required ·Adjust and calibrate related controls including wiring to ensure systems are functional after installation ·Attach piping to refrigeration systems using sleeves, couplings, or unions ·Solder any joints to form completely fitted systems.
