This role will see you working across advanced manufacturing processes, operating specialty machinery and assembling unique filtration components used in critical systems. This is a physically active role suited to candidates who enjoy being on their feet, working with machinery, and contributing to high-quality production outcomes. 12 Hour Rotating Roster You will work a structured rotating roster covering both day and night shifts: Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am Roster examples: • 2 Days / 2 Nights / 5 Days Off • 2 Days / 3 Nights / 4 Days Off • 3 Days / 2 Nights / 5 Days Off 2 weekends per month required Overtime available, including weekend penalty rates Work Environment This is not a standard warehouse role. You will be working in: Hot drying rooms Humidity-controlled production environments Manufacturing areas requiring PPE and adherence to strict quality standards Some tasks involve detailed, repetitive processes such as preparing and handling specialist filtration fibers to ensure correct drying and finish quality. ️ Key Duties Operating specialized manufacturing machinery Monitoring production processes and quality output Assembling precision water filtration components Manual handling and repetitive tasks Working in heated and controlled-climate environments Completing production documentation and meeting KPIs Supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives ✅ What We’re Looking For Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred but not essential) Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Able to commit to a 12-hour rotating day/night roster Comfortable working in warm and humidity-controlled conditions Reliable transport (limited public transport access) Full Australian working rights Training Provided Full training will be provided on all specialty manufacturing equipment and processes. While experience is advantageous, we are primarily seeking candidates with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
