Property Team The Property team provides property and facilities and property project management services and specified corporate services for the Commission's offices nationally. The Property Team work with the Commission's WoAG appointed Property Services Provider (PSP) to deliver effective property and facilities management services nationally. On a strategic level, the role of the Property Team on a 24/7 and 365 day basis is to ensure the provision of a safe, secure and enjoyable workspace environment for staff, visitors and third parties across the Commission's offices. The Property team are a small, dispersed team with team members based in most of the Commission's offices, excluding the Darwin and Perth offices. About the Role The purpose of this position is to provide on site support to a range of property and facilities management functions in line with the overall Property Team's functions and operations, as noted above. The key duties of the position include Act as the State based contact and coordinator for nationally provided property and facilities and specified corporate services with a key focus on property and facilities services. Carry out property and facilities administrative functions including, but not limited to, coordination of facilities repairs, maintenance and reporting, office workspace management, security pass management and security system monitoring. Assist with the analysis of workspace utilisation. Assist with the management and coordination of property projects, including policy related and capital works projects (new office fit outs and minor refurbishments). Assist with emergency management coordination and emergency response, including holding the appointed role of Fire Warden. Assist with the management of property related procurement contracts. Provide specified corporate services, including maintaining stationery and office consumables, coordination of mail services and Cabcharge management. Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other corporate teams, internal stakeholders and external service providers and stakeholders. Work as a valued member of the team to support organisational priorities.
