Role Overview Seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support and enhance the financial systems environment, focusing on system stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimise financial systems, with a particular emphasis on Workday Financials and integrations across the broader business landscape. Drive automation and continuous improvement of finance processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage new system features to ensure efficiency. Provide technical and functional support to finance users, acting as a key liaison for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, HR) and external vendors to deliver system enhancements. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities by ensuring data accuracy and system stability. Assist with reporting and analytics, including dashboard development and data validation. Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and control procedures through robust documentation and process adherence. Participate in system administration tasks such as configuration, integration monitoring, security management, and change testing. Facilitate communication, training, and adoption of system changes across regions and business units.
