The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales director, account managers, and our important discount department store clients, along with key accounts in New Zealand. The Role In this role, you'll manage a monthly customer submission and presentation cycle, prepare monthly sales reports, liaise with our operations team and warehouse, and assist the Sales Director with a variety of administrative and sales-related tasks. You'll play a key role in creating sales materials and presentations, maintain accurate records of orders and delivery requirements, and forge strong relationships with key customers and their support teams. You will run bookscan reports, keep sales tracking documents up to date, and work closely with our product, production and publishing teams.The primary clients you will be working with are Big W, Kmart, Target and New Zealand accounts. You will also have the opportunity to participate in event management with our sales conferences, and booksellers tradeshows, and learn about other department processes, such as order form and digital catalogue creation.
