The Role Based in Darwin, you will: Provide high-level operational advice and support to the Regional Manager Urban Lead and mentor Duty Managers Oversee performance, compliance, wellbeing and development of 120 staff including Duty Managers, Paramedics, intensive care paramedics and patient transport officers Drive safe, high-quality clinical care and effective resource deployment Partner with volunteers and key stakeholders across major events and emergency responses This is a strategic leadership position for someone who thrives on accountability, values culture, and wants to shape the future of ambulance operations in the NT. Who We’re Looking For We want a confident, authentic leader who: Holds current AHPRA registration as a Paramedic Has Authority to Practice as a Qualified Paramedic Brings at least 5 years’ on-road qualified experience with a recognised State or Territory ambulance service Has demonstrated experience leading frontline leaders and operational teams Thinks strategically and makes sound, timely decisions Communicates with clarity and influence Leads with integrity, accountability and a contemporary leadership style What We Offer This role doesn’t just grow your leadership — it rewards it.
