Hiring Digital Content Coordinator Location: Burwood Type: Permanent role Offering: $80K super We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to join a marketing & communications team of a well-respected learning provider. If you’re someone who is just as driven about working in marketing & communications by making a difference and make impact from day one with experience in Graphic Designing, then this role is for you. Our client has one of the longest histories of being a trusted voice in the Australian medical industry. They are passionate about ongoing healthcare professional development for doctors and GPs across Australia providing high-quality podcasts, webcasts, learning modules, and video content. What Will You Be Doing? This is a hands-on, fast-paced role responsible for executing communications across digital channels. You will play a key role in promoting both in-person seminars and online education programs, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and performance is measured and optimised. Implement and coordinate marketing communications across email, social media, owned digital channels, and print. Execute marketing strategies for in-person seminars and online learning programs. Prepare and manage pre and post-event communications. Build and deploy eDM campaigns and newsletters. Measure, analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities. Manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. What Will You Bring? 2 years’ experience in digital marketing/communications Previous experience building and sending eDM campaigns such as email newsletters Previous experience with a CRM such as Active Campaign or similar Previous experience with a CMS such as WordPress or similar Social media organic experience – Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn Experience using data analytics and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Who Are You?
