As the friendly face of our department, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service—both in person and over the phone. You’ll expertly identify and interpret parts for light and heavy commercial vehicles, manage orders and transactions, and work closely with suppliers to keep everything running smoothly. If you’re an experienced automotive Parts Interpreter who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and knows their way around parts catalogues, this role is made for you.
