Education and Training Training Operations Perth Full Time, Permanent 27/2/2026 $104,700 super salary packaging options of up to $15,900 for living expens Two full-time, permanent contracts available Based in Perth, Western Australia with hybrid working arrangements About the role As our Training Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate the GP registrars, GP supervisors and accredited practices in delivering quality education and training within your portfolio. Reporting to the Training Coordination Team Leader, you will collaborate with fellow Training Coordinators, Medical Educators, Program Support Officers and other Education and Operations teams in achieving strategic priorities. As our Training Coordinator , you'll also: Leverage your local knowledge to lead regional training capacity planning, forecasting registrar numbers and aligning placements to community and workforce needs. Collaborate with Regional Accreditation Coordinator, oversee accreditation and reaccreditation of training facilities within your portfolio, ensuring compliance with program standards and agreements. Provide early intervention and support to reduce issues for registrars, supervisors and other stakeholders, escalating risks when appropriate and supporting quality outcomes. Actively contribute to continuous improvement by consistently applying critical thinking, identify operational challenges, working with teams to solve problems, monitoring results and strengthening cultural competency initiatives.
