The Role: We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to be responsible for driving retail sales performance, overseeing daily store operations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing effective in-store and local marketing strategies to promote our products and brand across the following tasks: Determining the store’s stock levels and service standards; Defining the store’s deals and promotional offers including pricing; Promoting and advertising the store including limited time deals and promotional offers; Advising customers of the broad menu of products, goods and service; Budgeting as well as maintaining records of stock levels, sales and purchases; Selecting, training, supervising and performance managing subordinate staff; Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; Ensuring compliance with Namaste Supermarket's corporate office processes and procedures. Requirements: The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree qualification in a related field or at least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
