About the Role The Regional Lead - Early Childhood isa senior leadership role responsible for the operational, clinical, and strategic leadership of multidisciplinary early childhood teams. Reporting to the Program Director, you will ensure services are delivered in line with NDIA requirements, evidence-based practice, and organisational values. You will lead teams to deliver high-quality early supports for children and families, drive continuous improvement, oversee performance and risk, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across health, education, and disability systems. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, values-based leadership to multidisciplinary teams, building capability, consistency, and confidence in practice Oversee service performance, KPIs, and contractual targets, using data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Ensure Early Childhood services align with NDIA guidelines, best-practice frameworks, and funding requirements Lead and embed continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, and workforce sustainability Manage projects and change initiatives using structured project management approaches Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including NDIA and community agencies Ensure culturally safe, inclusive, and family-centred practice across all services Capture and embed family feedback to inform service design and innovation About You You are a confident, strategic leader with a strong background in early childhood, disability, health, or community services. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy leading people through change, and are passionate about improving outcomes for children and families.
