The Opportunity As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, financial outcomes, customer experience and team culture across a large and diverse workforce This role requires visible, hands-on leadership — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys coaching teams, improving performance and delivering measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a large, diverse team to deliver outstanding customer experiences Drive commercial performance, budgeting and operational targets Build strong stakeholder relationships Ensure compliance with safety, risk and operational standards Identify growth opportunities across programs and memberships About You You are an experienced people leader who has successfully managed large teams (50), ideally within leisure, hospitality, tourism, childcare or other service-led environments. You bring: Strong operational and financial acumen A hands-on leadership style A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset The ability to build culture, accountability and performance Industry experience in aquatics or leisure is desirable but not essential.
