Performance Media Lead Sydney | Hybrid Lumen People Co. is partnering with a well-established national music retail group to appoint a Performance Media Lead across two respected brands. This role owns the strategy, execution and commercial performance of paid media across Google, Meta, marketplaces and emerging channels. It sits at the centre of revenue growth, customer acquisition and performance efficiency. You will build and optimise the paid media roadmap that drives both new customer growth and repeat purchase behaviour. The Role Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Meta, YouTube and key marketplace channels Build structured campaign architecture across prospecting, mid-funnel and retargeting Manage budget allocation, pacing and spend efficiency across all channels Own key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER and revenue contribution Develop forecasting models and revenue targets for key commercial periods Oversee product feed optimisation and shopping performance governance Build dynamic retargeting strategies to drive efficient customer reacquisition Lead creative testing frameworks in partnership with marketing and eCommerce Collaborate cross-functionally to align paid media with stock, pricing and GTM priorities Identify emerging channels and opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency Maintain clear reporting dashboards and surface actionable insights to leadership What You Bring Proven experience owning and scaling paid media for retail or eCommerce brands Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of CAC, ROAS and revenue contribution Advanced expertise across Google and Meta performance platforms Experience managing product feeds and shopping optimisation Confidence building forecasts, budgets and performance models Ability to translate data into clear commercial decisions Strong cross-functional collaboration across marketing, buying and retail High standards, strong execution discipline and attention to detail If you are commercially driven, performance-focused and ready to take ownership of paid media strategy within a growing retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.
