About the Role As our Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop, supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring smooth and efficient store performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a driven individual with strong retail and business acumen. Key Responsibilities Manage product selection and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and diversity. Develop and implement purchasing strategies, pricing policies, and marketing initiatives aligned with business goals. Coordinate in-store promotions and advertising campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement. Provide customers with expert product knowledge, assistance, and after-sales support. Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate stock and sales records. Prepare and manage the store budget, control costs, and monitor financial performance. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-performing and customer-focused team. Ensure the store complies with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Skills & Experience At least 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field (desirable). Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory systems and point-of-sale platforms. Sound understanding of retail operations, customer service, and financial control. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
