RISE NOW PTY LTD t/a Ambrosia Catering and Event Hire in Western Australia, is looking for a full-time Chef to join our dynamic team with a dedication to deliver heart-warming cuisine catering for each special event or function. > Duties will include : Cooking contemporary style dishes in accordance with the menu; Preparation of contemporary style dishes; Planning and development of menu in collaboration with Managers; Ordering food and kitchen supplies; Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, wait staff and managers; Demonstration and training of cooking techniques to employees; Involvement in the selection process of potential employees; Preservation of food; Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; Staff rostering; Menu costing. Requirements: At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus one years of full-time post-qualification experience in the relevant position; OR at least 3 years of experience as a Chef.
