The Role Ensure exceptional guest service standards are delivered consistently. Support and develop front-of-house staff through training, feedback, and leadership. Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care. Complete Ad hoc administrative tasks as required Talent Profile Ideally you will have: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel environment. A genuine passion for hospitality. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. Solid understanding of food, wine, and beverage pairings.
