Join Camp Australia as our Rocketeers Project Coordinator and play a key role in delivering unforgettable school holiday experiences for children across Australia. Rocketeers is Camp Australia’s leading vacation care program - packed with exciting incursions, excursions, and activities designed to create joy, connection, and adventure during school holidays. Reporting to the Rocketeers Product Manager, you’ll oversee planning, administration, logistics, system readiness, and in-season operational support to ensure every program runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who loves structure, accuracy, and collaboration - and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating end-to-end delivery of seasonal Rocketeers programs Planning and managing incursions, excursions, and transport logistics Liaising with suppliers, negotiating pricing, and maintaining strong provider relationships Managing administrative files, compliance documentation, and system uploads Preparing, validating, and checking program data using advanced Excel skills Partnering closely with Service Delivery, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Support teams Providing real-time operational support during Rocketeers seasons Keeping everything aligned to critical paths, timelines, and delivery milestones What You’ll Bring Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or program delivery Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail Confidence working with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation) Experience managing suppliers, logistics, or vendor relationships Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure Why Join Camp Australia?
