This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader to step into a stable, fully compliant service, with the next accreditation not due until 2026. You’ll be supported by a dedicated clinical and quality team, allowing you to focus on leadership, culture and operational excellence. Competitive salary on offer: $170,000 – $190,000 Super About the Role As Facility Manager, you will have full operational and clinical oversight of the home, leading a structured team and ensuring high standards of care, compliance and performance. You’ll work closely with Clinical Managers and the Quality & Education Manager to maintain excellent outcomes for residents, staff and the organisation.
