About the Venue Open for Dinner Monday to Friday Room Service available 7 days (Breakfast & Dinner) Modern Australian menu featuring premium MSA steak dishes Fully licensed restaurant with an extensive wine list Professional waitstaff providing wine recommendations and tasting support Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Modern Australian dishes in line with menu standards Manage preparation for à la carte dining and room service (breakfast and dinner) Ensure consistent portion control, presentation, and food quality Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards Assist with menu preparation, stock control, and minimising food wastage Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent service Essential Requirements Compulsory qualification in Commercial Cookery Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen Strong knowledge of Modern Australian cuisine and steak cookery Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and attention to detail Employment Details Full-time position Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum superannuation Supportive and professional working environment If you are passionate about quality food, local produce, and delivering a refined dining experience, we would love to hear from you.
