About The Opportunity As the Projects Team Manager, you’ll lead a talented team supporting major commercial customers while driving new business and market growth. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused leadership role where you’ll build strong relationships, develop your team, and influence Häfele’s presence across Western Australia. What You’ll Do Lead, coach and mentor your project team, creating a high‑performance culture Strengthen relationships with key customers and develop new business opportunities Partner with Business Development Managers to expand market presence Provide product expertise, samples and displays to support successful customer outcomes Monitor KPIs and develop tailored training to build capability and morale Coordinate state events and corporate activity with our State Manager Deliver market insights to help shape product development and strategic direction What You Bring Experience leading project, sales or customer-focused teams Success in CRM implementation or strategic sales initiatives Strong analytical, organisational and creative thinking skills Experience in budgeting, hiring, coaching and performance management Confidence working cross-functionally and building trusted relationships Comfortable with modern digital tools and reporting systems Why Join Häfele?
