Sales Account & Relationship Management Melbourne Permanent / Full Time 9/2/2026 Newly created role with real commercial impact Own and grow a portfolio of industrial B2B food manufacturing customers Shape national growth strategy and influence key decision-makers A well-established Australian food manufacturer, recognised for its commitment to quality, animal welfare and innovation, is seeking a National Account Manager – Foodservice to grow its presence across industrial B2B and food manufacturing markets, supplying both shell eggs and value-added egg ingredients. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will execute national account strategies, manage pricing and margin mix, lead negotiations, and present commercial proposals. You will work closely with production, logistics, quality and finance teams to deliver commercially viable customer solutions. This commercially focused national role is responsible for managing key accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities across food manufacturing, processing and foodservice environments, playing a critical role in driving profitable growth and long-term customer partnerships. The ideal candidate is an experienced National or Senior Key Account Manager with a background in food manufacturing, ingredients or foodservice and proven success selling into industrial or B2B environments. You are commercially astute, relationship-driven and comfortable operating autonomously while influencing across a manufacturing-led organisation. This is a permanent, Melbourne-based role with national responsibility and the opportunity to help scale a strategically important growth channel.
