Ready to be part of one of WA’s biggest and most impactful campaigns? MSWA is expanding our dynamic contact centre team, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us deliver incredible results. This is a casual opportunity based at our Belmont Office. Working hours are flexible, with shifts available from either 9:00am to 5:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Part‑time contracts will also be considered, subject to operational requirements. What you'll be doing Promoting MSWA’s lottery products and encouraging donations Taking inbound sales and service calls Making outbound calls for sales, updates and retention calls Hitting sales targets and celebrating team wins Solving problems and making customers feel valued Keeping accurate records and staying sharp with ongoing training About you You love engaging with people and have experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising (experience in lottery ticket sales is a plus!). Comfortable using computer systems and quickly adapting to new tools. You’re motivated to meet or exceed sales targets and help us raise funds for a meaningful cause. NDIS Clearance: You’ll need to have NDIS clearance or be willing to obtain it.
