Opportunity for growth Manufacturing background desirable $90K Super (mon-fri) 7am - 3pm This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in joinery, cabinetry, assembly, or hands-on manufacturing who is looking to grow within a fast-paced and supportive production environment. If you’ve worked as a joiner, cabinet maker, or assembler, your skills will translate exceptionally well into this role. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to cut and form materials to project requirements Conduct quality checks before and after cutting to ensure standards are met Perform routine machine maintenance and promptly report any issues Change and adjust machine tools as required Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised workspace in line with WHS regulations Assist with handling and transporting materials safely Log material usage and work hours in the company ERP system Participate in daily morning briefings/toolbox talks Provide support in other areas of the factory when needed About You Previous experience in CNC operation, joinery, cabinet making, assembly, or manufacturing will be highly regarded Skilled in reading measurements and working with precision tools Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable handling heavy materials and standing for extended periods Committed to workplace safety and proactive communication Able to perform in a production-focused, deadline-driven environmen What’s in It for You?
