As Product Manager - Hand Tools & Accessories, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and managing a diverse portfolio of hand tools and accessories across our consumer brands such as RYOBI, AEG, KANGO and EMPIRE. From ideation to launch, you’ll lead the product lifecycle, working closely with global and local teams to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed expectations. This role isn’t just about managing SKUs - it’s about driving strategic growth, uncovering user insights, and delivering exceptional value to customers across Australia and New Zealand. What you’ll do Lead development and influence product strategy across Hand Tools & Accessories portfolios Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales Manage product roadmaps, launches, and lifecycle updates Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and financial performance to inform decisions Partner with global teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards Optimise product experience from manufacturing through to customer delivery Support continuous improvement through data-driven insights and innovation What you’ll bring Proven experience managing high-growth product portfolios Strong commercial and financial acumen, with data analysis skills A track record of launching successful, customer-focused products Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and data interpretation A proactive mindset with adaptability and time management in a fast-paced environment What’s in it for you?
