Since opening San Telmo in 2011, we’ve grown into a collection of unique restaurants — San Telmo, Palermo, Asado, Pastuso and Robata each inspired by different culinary traditions but all united by fire, quality ingredients, and unforgettable guest experiences.
We’re currently looking for Experienced Section Waiters to join our teams at Asado, Pastuso and Robata in a full-time position.
What you'll do
• Deliver exceptional service and lead by example on the floor
• Train and support new team members
• Run pre-service briefs, tastings and training to build product knowledge
• Support Supervisors with daily operations including POS accuracy, stock control and compliance
• Help foster a positive team culture while maintaining high service standards
