WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have a degree or higher qualifications [eg PHD-preferable but not essential] in Chemistry or similar; are a registered Australian/NZ/European patent attorney [or are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing re-qualification in Australia/NZ]; have a minimum 4-10 years’ post-qualification experience as a patent attorney [up to SENIOR ASSOCIATE level] ; have solid hands-on experience in patent drafting, prosecution, oppositions, patentability / validity opinions and freedom to operate advice. have strong technical communication/people skills commercial acumen; are committed to furthering your own SUCCESS to the MAX with a 1st-Class employer of choice .
