Job Specification We're seeking an experienced Retail Manager who enjoys building high-performing teams and creating a positive, customer-focused culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will: Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 staff Manage rosters, HR administration, recruitment, and staff development Conduct inductions and support ongoing training Confidently manage team conversations and performance matters Oversee front-of-shop ordering, stock management, and invoicing Drive merchandising standards and coordinate stocktakes Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth retail operations while contributing to the overall success of the pharmacy.
