Reporting to the Showroom Manager at our Chadstone showroom, our Product Experts play a key role in achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets by delivering an exceptional, end-to-end customer experience. Combining in-depth product expertise with strong commercial focus, you will guide clients through their purchasing journey while ensuring all sales administration is completed accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a premium retail environment and takes pride in delivering both results and service excellence. As a Product Expert, you'll: Achieve all sales, margin targets and KPIs set by the business Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge Confidently guide clients through product features and benefits Prepare detailed quotes and proactively follow up to convert sales Liaise with suppliers and third parties (e.g. architects) as required Uphold premium showroom presentation standards Assist with ad hoc duties including showroom greeting Attend industry and supplier events as required Collaborate with Buying & Merchandise to request stock purchases Release orders to clients in a timely manner Organise and process client payments Produce accurate product specifications for ordered items You'll have - Experience in a customer service and/or sales environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills High level of computer literacy (experience with Google Workspace advantageous) A self-motivated, proactive and results-driven attitude Strong interest in, or knowledge of, kitchen and laundry appliances Commitment to delivering premium customer service Professional presentation and grooming standards Availability to work weekends on a 5-day rotating roster Why Winning?
