As the organisation continues to expand, they are now seeking a confident and relationship focused Growth and Intake Manager to strengthen referral pathways, drive participant growth, and represent the service within the NDIS community. The role is based in Cannington, with occasional travel required. About the Role and your Responsibilities: In this pivotal role, you will lead growth and growth strategy, driving service expansion while strengthening referral pathways, increasing participant numbers, maintaining occupancy, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will leverage your existing network and play a key role in participant onboarding and retention. This opportunity suits a proactive NDIS professional who thrives on connection, clear communication, and creating meaningful impact within the community. Some of your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement growth strategy across SIL, SDA, MTA, ILO, community support, and complex care, driving sustainable service expansion. Build and nurture strong professional relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, allied health professionals, hospitals, guardians, and families. Identify new market opportunities , including ILO host arrangements and alternative living models. Maintain strong occupancy rates while meeting or exceeding intake, occupancy, and revenue targets. Oversee the intake process from initial enquiry through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless participant experience. Match participants to suitable housing and support models, including SIL homes, SDA vacancies, and ILO arrangements. Track referral sources and performance metrics , provide regular growth reports to senior leadership, and represent the organisation at expos, conferences, and networking events.
