As General Manager of Asset Management, you will: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Property Managers, Trust Accountants, and Asset Administration Assistants. Drive the strategy and performance of a focused portfolio of circa 30 properties. Shape operational decisions and portfolio strategy alongside executive leadership. Conduct regular 1:1s to develop team capability and ensure peak performance.
