3 month role with possible extension Brisbane CBD based Our Queensland Government client is seeking an experienced and collaborative Change Lead to manage change and communications management activities to support the implementation of a range of projects within a reform agenda. Skills, knowledge and abilities: Proven ability in providing advice to leaders, including project and program leadership, on the change progress, observations and risks associated. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering change management, communication, and engagement strategies within a large-scale project/program environment. High level knowledge of contemporary, best practice change management change communication and stakeholder engagement frameworks and methodologies. Understanding of the elements of project management including contemporary change management and business integration processes and strategies. Knowledge of, or ability to, quickly develop a strong understanding of the business and business changes resulting from the implementation of a significant transformation initiative. Ability to translate business changes into an effective communication and engagement program of work. Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with the business and project team to deliver informed, tailored and strategic change and communication products. Demonstrated experience in project/change management activities, ideally within a justice or human services environment. Proven high level of written communication skills, with experience creating a range of collateral, from online content to presentations, reports and ‘Government’ style formal documents. Additional Information • Formal qualifications in human resource management, change management, project management, business (or a related discipline) would be highly regarded. • Change management certification with a recognised professional body would also be highly regarded. • Possession of a tertiary degree or diploma relevant for the human services or criminology fields such as law, justice, humanities, psychology, behavioural or social sciences, social welfare, health, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander studies will be highly regarded. • *Travel may be a requirement for this position as this position may be required to work at different sites.
