Duties Providing effective leadership and direction to the SIL Team Leaders. Building and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring support is provided to Team Leaders and the Engagement Team to ensure quality SIL roster of care quoting is completed. Overseeing the management and monitoring of master and operational rosters to accurately reflect participant SIL ROC Funding. Ensuring Quality Standards, service delivery is consistent with CatholicCare strategy, and the NDIS practice standards and safeguarding framework. Lead the compliance with the risk register, incident management and reporting requirements under the NDIS practice standards and NDIS quality safeguards commission. Requirements Current working with children’s check. NDIS workers check. Current First Aid and CPR certificate. Tertiary qualifications in appropriate areas desirable and extensive industry experience. NSW Driver’s Licence and access to insured vehicle. We strongly encourage First Nations people to apply.
