Nextt is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support a client transitioning home from hospital. About the role: You will provide high-quality, person-centred support including: • Manual handling and hoist transfers • Personal care, showering and dressing • Continence support Shifts available: • 2:1 support • 7:00am – 9:00am • 7:00pm – 9:00pm Pay rates – SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual (before tax): • Base: $35.15/hr • Afternoon: $38.67/hr • Active Night: $39.37/hr • Saturday: $49.21/hr • Sunday: $63.27/hr • Public Holiday: $77.33/hr • Inactive sleepover rates apply in line with the SCHADS Award We’re looking for reliable, compassionate support workers with strong manual handling experience who are confident working in a 2:1 environment.
