In this role, you will operate production machinery, handle materials using a forklift, and contribute to maintaining smooth and efficient plant operations. Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery Safely load, unload, and transport materials using a forklift Conduct routine quality checks and complete production records Assist with general labouring, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks Support plant operations and maintenance activities as required Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirements Skills and Experience Current Forklift Licence (LF) – essential Front-End Loader experience – highly valued Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for manual duties Benefits Competitive casual hourly rate Consistent hours with stable, ongoing work Excellent training and supportive team environment Genuine pathway to a permanent position How to apply?
