About the Role We’re on the lookout for a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team full-time and lead with heart, purpose, and professionalism. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care, supporting both children and colleagues alike. What you’ll do: Build meaningful and respectful relationships with children, families and your team. Lead and model best practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Contribute to curriculum planning and documentation. Work collaboratively to create a safe, inspiring, and engaging learning environment. Communicate effectively with families and colleagues. Bring your creativity, leadership and passion for early childhood to life every day. You’ll Need: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
