About the role This is an office-based role focused on turning enquiries into sales through prompt follow-up, accurate quoting, and strong customer support. You’ll work closely with our external sales team and directly with farmers and contractors to deliver practical grain storage and handling solutions. Main Responsibilities (must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume) • Respond quickly to leads from phone, email, and the sales team. • Prepare accurate, timely quotations for silos, augers, and related equipment. • Follow up on quotes to maximise conversions. • Liaise with customers to understand needs and provide product guidance. • Record and manage all leads, opportunities, and quotes in our systems.
