ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently recruiting a Trades Assistant to join our team in the Wangara Workshop. The role will include but not be limited to the following; Conducting pre-start checks on workshop forklifts and utility Picking up and delivering parts Sorting and moving parts within the workshop Maintaining a clean and safe working area in the workshop and associated areas Assisting workshop staff as needed Performing high-pressure cleaning of Ertech plant and equipment in the wash bay Basic mechanical duties dependent on ability and assisting Tradesmen Performing yard duties and operating the forklift as directed ESSENTIAL RQUIREMENTS FOR THESE ROLES ARE. Full car licence – MUST HAVE Forklift licence – MUST HAVE Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Clear communication skills Basic computer literacy Willingness to be part of a team Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and AOD screening.
