You'll step into an existing referral ecosystem with 20 GPs in Ingleburn and 17 GPs in Campbelltown, supported by a 25-person Allied Health team across both sites. This is not a "build your own caseload from scratch" role. The demand is already there. Salary & Benefits $180,000 OTE (60% of $300K average annual billings) Established GP referral streams Medicare-dominant caseload with DVA, WorkCover, CTP, NDIS and private mix Full gym and purpose-built consult rooms Onsite radiology and pathology Dedicated reception support Strong corporate infrastructure and systems Clear pathway for clinical and commercial progression What You’ll Be Doing Managing a high-volume musculoskeletal caseload within a GP-integrated environment Working across Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, CTP and private patients Building internal referral relationships with 37 GPs across two sites Delivering evidence-based rehab inside a fully equipped gym facility Contributing to a collaborative Allied Health team including EP, podiatry, dietetics and psychology Driving your own billings within a percentage-based earnings model Must Have 2 years' physiotherapy experience Confidence managing a busy clinical diary Strong communication skills in a GP-referral setting AHPRA registration Commercial awareness and comfort with percentage-based remuneration Nice to Have Experience in Medicare/EPC-heavy environments Exposure to WorkCover or CTP Experience in GP-integrated clinics Interest in growing billings beyond salaried ceilings This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who Feels capped in a salaried model Wants to earn based on performance Enjoys working in structured, high-referral medical centres Thrives in fast-paced clinical environments Is commercially minded but not looking to open their own clinic This Role Is NOT For Someone Who Prefers low patient volume Wants a slow-build caseload Is uncomfortable with Medicare-driven workflow Isn't motivated by performance-based earnings About the Clinics These are established, large-format GP medical centres in Ingleburn and Campbelltown with 37 GPs across both sites and a 25-strong Allied Health presence.
