Commercial Bakery Pty Ltd, located in Melbourne VIC 3000, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Preparing dining areas for service, including arranging tables, setting up service stations and ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained. Greeting customers, presenting menus and providing detailed information on food and beverage options. Taking and processing food and beverage orders accurately using the point of sale system. Serving meals and beverages professionally, ensuring quality service at all times. Advising customers on menu selections and answering questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods. Monitoring customer satisfaction and responding promptly to requests or complaints. Processing payments, handling cash and reconciling bills. Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in accordance with workplace health and safety regulations. Liaising with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service. About you: At least one year of relevant work experience as a Trade Waiter. Knowledge of food and beverage service practices and procedures. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment. Understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow workplace procedures. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
