You will: Act for private and public sector clients on WHS incidents, regulatory investigations, prosecutions, inquests, workplace investigations, and incident management. Handle a varied and stimulating WHS caseload, with autonomy backed by a national team of subject-matter experts. Work with clients across a wide range of industries including mining, transport, financial services, insurance, education, healthcare, and government. Collaborate with employment and WHS colleagues nationally, benefiting from cross‑practice support and secondment opportunities with major clients. Who are we looking for? Someone who has: 3–7 years’ experience in WHS or workplace law. Strong understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act and related regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated experience managing matters end‑to‑end including incident response, investigations, drafting, and advocacy support. Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills. A desire to work in a team that values collaboration, mentorship, and continuous development. An interest in flexible work arrangements; part‑time and hybrid options are genuinely supported.
