What you’ll get out of it Hands‑on project work linked to your studies Shadowing opportunities with SME, functional leads and senior managers Experience working on cross‑functional projects that impact our centres and communities A stronger understanding of how decisions are made at an organisational level A list of achievements and professional networks to include in your resume and LinkedIn profile Potential opportunities for future work at the Y. Who this will really suit This opportunity is designed with younger emerging leaders in mind – especially those around 18–23 – but all eligible undergrad students are welcome to apply.
