This role is the first commercial hire responsible for growing school subscriptions through outbound sales, demos, and targeted marketing activity. You will build pipeline from scratch, drive adoption in primary schools, and play a key part in shaping the company's growth. Client Details Kudos Kids & Co is an education technology start up that provides a digital platform designed for primary schools. They operate on a subscription model, partner directly with schools, and are entering an exciting early growth phase where every hire has a real impact on the direction of the business. Description Generate new business through outbound activity, cold outreach, and lead development. Run demos with primary schools, engaging teachers, leaders, and decision makers. Build and manage a sales pipeline across VIC or NSW. Lead basic marketing initiatives, especially during school holiday periods. Represent the brand in an autonomous role with direct input into strategy and process. Profile Proven outbound sales background with confidence in cold outreach and winning new business without an existing pipeline. Experience selling into schools or strong familiarity with school environments, decision making processes, and the education landscape. Comfortable operating independently as the first hire in a start up, handling both sales and foundational marketing. Based in VIC or NSW, self driven, proactive, and motivated by building something early stage. Salary expectations in line with an 80k to 90k base plus commission.
