We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time, fixed-term contract for three months (non-ongoing) . This role is critical to the smooth running of day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistent product and service quality, supervising and supporting staff, and delivering a customer experience that reflects Pazar Mediterranean Grill and standards . Salary Range per hour : 35$-384 Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present a diverse range of menu items in accordance with established recipes and service standards. Ensure all dishes meet high standards of quality, consistency, taste, and presentation. Participate in menu planning and development, including introducing new dishes and utilising seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations (including HACCP). Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage of food to minimise wastage and maintain cost control. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen. Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). Ability to prepare a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
