We’re looking for a Designer to help define and deliver Decidr’s visual identity across marketing, go-to-market, and internal content. This role sits at the heart of the content and marketing team and touches almost everything we ship — from campaigns and ads to sales assets, landing pages, and playbooks. Design at Decidr isn’t polished. It’s clarity, energy, and trust — delivered at pace. What you’ll be doing Designing and delivering day-to-day marketing assets across campaigns, social, sales enablement, product visuals, landing pages, emails, and internal content Supporting go-to-market execution with purposeful design that helps campaigns land and convert Shaping and protecting Decidr’s visual brand across all touchpoints Creating simple motion and lightweight animation to add energy and clarity Translating briefs into strong visual outcomes by asking the right questions upfront Working quickly, managing feedback, and adapting without compromising quality Building and maintaining templates, asset libraries, and scalable design systems Collaborating closely with marketing, copy, and content to ensure visuals and messaging work together Using modern tools like Figma, Canva, and AI-enabled workflows to move faster and smarter What you’ll bring Experience in a marketing or brand design role, ideally in a fast-moving or high-growth environment Strong visual design fundamentals across digital formats Comfort working across a wide range of asset types Ability to create simple motion or animation Confidence working in Figma, Canva, and similar tools A practical mindset — you care about delivery, not perfection Clear communication and the ability to collaborate well across teams Curiosity, creative energy, and good judgement Why Decidr Your work will shape how people perceive, trust, and engage with Decidr You’ll have real ownership and visibility across the business You’ll work in a fast-paced, creative environment that values momentum and follow-through You’ll help build a brand that’s distinctive, confident, and scalable Apply Now We’re an office-first team based in Sydney, building quickly, learning constantly, and setting our own pace.
