About You : Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check (where applicable) Current Driver’s Licence Evidence of right to work in Australia Position Summary : The Support Worker provides safe, high-quality, person-centred supports to participants in line with their NDIS goals, individual support plans, and values of Pinnacle Support Services. This role supports participants to live independent, meaningful, and empowered lives, while ensuring dignity, respect, safety, and choice at all times.
