About You : Current NSW Electrical/Contractors License White Card Proficient industry knowledge, together with hands on experience Current NSW Driver’s License Position Summary : As a Service/Maintenance technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance expertise and reporting to the Service Manager & PPM Manager Key Requirements : Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and respond to breakdowns in a commercial environment Strong commitment to improving HSE and achieving Zero harm Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and a high level of commitment to work effectively in a multi-skilled team environment Initiative-taking and a willingness and ability to share skills Demonstrated ability in continuous improvement Experience in working in a self-managed team environment Physically able to complete manual labour tasks as required Able to build effective relationships with clients and staff Excellent communication skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and work to a high standard Persistent approach to time management High levels of enthusiasm and good work ethics Job Responsibility : Coordinate all aspects of maintenance within your assigned work schedule including but not limited to: Lighting Emergency Lighting PPM maintenance Fault find/troubleshoot Ensure all work is performed to HSE standards Ensure all relevant documentation is completed by digital device Job Functions : Trade - Electrical Job Benefits : Uniform provided Available Overtime Birthday Leave Selling Point : Commercial Fitout Works Contact : Sonja McNally
