About the Role As our Service Manager, you’ll be the face of the dealership—driving customer satisfaction, leading a busy front-of-house team, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values of Speed, Value and Trust. You’ll work closely with workshop leaders to keep operations running smoothly, resolve customer issues, and create a service environment that customers rely on and return to. What You’ll Do Lead and motivate the front-of-house service team (reception, bookings, customer service). Ensure every customer is greeted, updated, and supported with professionalism and care. Manage daily service department operations, scheduling, and communication flow. Oversee job progress and support efficient workshop coordination. Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, building trust and long-term relationships. Maintain a high standard of safety, compliance, and dealership presentation. Collaborate closely with Parts, Sales, and Workshop teams to deliver a seamless, premium customer experience. Champion continuous improvement across customer service and operational processes. What We’re Looking For Experience in a service leadership or front-of-house manager role, ideally in automotive, truck, or heavy equipment industries. A natural communicator with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
